The Challenge
With their main headquarters based in Italy, B Meters UK commissioned King Creative to implement a brand and digital marketing strategy, complete with creative implementation, to visually improve their brand, maximise sales, and offer long-term expertise.
Our relationship began with mapping out strategic objectives in person with the client, with a roadmap to success before we put our creative expertise into action.
The Strategy
Improving the visual identity and brand collateral
With a limited visual identity, B Meters UK was in desperate need of an improved visual presence that would make it more eye-catching and consistent with the quality of the Italian headquarters marketing.
Utilising our creative design expertise, we started with improving the companies in-house brand collateral, which included compliment slips, data sheets, NDAs, estimate forms, price lists, letterheads, and much more. It was our all-important goal to achieve brand consistency with visuals that carried the same look and feel throughout, which would build the customer’s trust and peace of mind that they’re dealing with a reputable supplier.
This approach was also implemented throughout the company’s digital marketing assets, such as email signatures, social media graphics, website assets, and more.
Digital marketing strategy and creative implementation
Over the moon with King Creative’s creative overhaul of their B Meters UK then entrusted us to become responsible for the wider digital marketing strategy. We started with an intensive in person review of all of their marketing activities, after which we went away to devise our plan of action.
We recognised that there were several avenues for the company to increase their customer base while building brand loyalty and trust. One of these opportunities was via their website where, together with the client we discovered they were marketing only half of the meters that they stocked. An intensive part of the project included populating their website and creating social media content for their partner products.
Social media management and content creation
The second key activity focused on creating social media content designed to promote the brand, their products, and position them as a reputable and trustworthy UK supplier.
The creative delivery included content creation for all of the brand’s own water and thermal energy meters, their partner products, and promotional graphics that are published from their LinkedIn channel.
The look and feel of the brand’s visuals were established in the visual identity phase of the project, and at this stage it was all about maintaining the brand consistency while delivering key brand messages from their channel.
